Congratulations to Michelle Dillon, Franklin Community Schools Secondary Teacher of the Year! She goes beyond academics, building strong relationships with families, encouraging participation in activities, and connecting students to the community.

Her life and career were testaments to the true heart of education - love, care, and selflessness. Her impact on her students and school family was lasting and profound. She was more than a teacher. The Franklin Community Schools Elementary Teacher of the Year is Kristi Bayliss.
