The Chamber Wind Ensemble and friends played in the Community House tonight for the Hopedale Winter Stroll!

Santa arrived on the fire truck and lit the tree while the Hopedale A Capella Ensemble sang with Mr. Chatham.

Thanks to the volunteers from our HS Band for braving the cold last night to go caroling around Hopedale. It was nice to visit some of my old friends and colleagues to bring them cheer this holiday season!

Congratulations to Adelaide Greenwald for being accepted into the John Philip Souza National Honors Band! This ensemble is a biannual honor band program that showcases the best and brightest high school musicians from all across the United States.

Look who is taking time after school on a Friday to help one of our oboe players learn the trombone to March in the Memorial Day Parade!!! Thank you Mr. Lawrence and kudos to Jack!

The A Capella Ensemble and Mr. Chatham kick off the Day in the Park festivities in Hopedale today!

It was a beautiful evening for paddling! I was one of only 2 boats on the lake.

Had a nice evening at the Milford Welcome Santa Parade with the Hopedale HS Band. They looked and sounded great!

Had a nice morning at the Great East Music Festival adjudication in Palmer where my brother, Chris, is their band director! The jazz ensemble had an amazing and enthusiastic clinic and a silver rating. The concert band received a gold medal rating!

Adelaide Greenwald and Ryan Dupuis have been accepted into the Massachusetts Central District Concert Band! Congratulations, Addie and Ryan! Ryan has also been invited to audition for the All-State Band in January 2024!

Here at Mechanics Hall with 2 band students from Hopedale, Adelaide Greenwald and Ryan Dupuis, who will be playing with the Central District Concert Band later today. The band sounds great!
