Quick A/B test insight from last month-

Lowering shipping prices by $5 (just) to the UK caused one brand to lose 11% in total cart value.

BUT–
They had a 22% relative conversion lift. So they had a net increase of $1.7M annually (!)

Impressing customers right out of the gate isn’t the easiest thing to do nowadays…

Even if you have the most amazing product, slow delivery times and high shipping costs can instantly scare customers away.
