The billionaire owners of the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals want residents to vote for a 40-year sales tax, in order to pay for $2 billion in stadium upgrades.

So KC Tenants dropped a banner at last night's game, urging a NO vote on the wealth transfer to the mega-rich.
