A great afternoon of campaigning with our fantastic Tamworth Candidate Andrew Cooper with former Home Secretary Dame Priti Patel MP, Suzanne Webb MP, Craig Tracey MP, Saqib Bhatti MP and the campaign team including Adrian and Ted plus Raaj. We had both the sun and the rain.

Honoured to be asked to join a UK Prime Minister Reception to acknowledge my volunteering work with a few of my West Midlands friends Raaj Shamji 🇬🇧 Cllr Mattie Heaven Julia and Derrick. It was great to meet the Party Chairman Richard Holden MP , the Prime Minister running past and others.

Today in Walsall, I announced the most comprehensive & ambitious plan the West Midlands has ever seen. Now it needs delivering. It is more important than ever that the West Midlands has a leader who can be trusted to get it right - and at the right price.

I always wanted to be a social worker, but was unsuccessful. So I turned to John Lewis & rose to CEO. Using my business background I’ve brought a non-partisan approach as Mayor, ensuring we surged forward & made up for lost time. But despite lots done, there’s still more to do.

Ending the day with a session in Aldridge- Brownhills. Great to meet Robert Jenrick Angela Richardson MP Michael Fabricant 🇬🇧🇺🇸🇮🇱🇺🇦 and my dear friend Wendy Morton MP. We are all working hard to get Andy Street elected this Thursday. Vote Andy! Raaj Shamji 🇬🇧

Today I started campaigning in Castle Bromwich and finished off in Pype Hayes, Erdington. Great to be with my friends who came out to help our local Conservatives!

Thanks to Kevin Hollinrake MP for coming to see the impact of Birmingham Labour's 3rd bin strike in 8 years. Uncollected rubbish + rats are blighting parts of the city causing public health crisis. Brum's a great city but residents are being let down by the bankrupt Labour Council.

Trash on the streets. Rats closing down schools. The situation in Birmingham is out of control. That’s why tomorrow the Conservatives will call for Labour Birmingham City Council to declare a Public Health Emergency.

It waa a privilige to attend the grand opening of Crispy Dosa in Solihull town centre, alongside the Mayor of Solihull. This is the first branch for our high street, Creating new jobs and a great addition to our hospitality sector for thriving local economy .
