Big stand out for me within the ‘Teenage Brain Day’ was definitely the Nicola Morgan chat! How such a complex age can be broken down and justified just from the function and dynamics of the human brain/mind. Definitely an avenue I can’t wait to read more about😅

Spent a lot of time reading the The Secret books and what a powerful tool it really is and how it has shaped my life so far! This is now next on my list and already being on chapter 2, I highly recommend✨
