We had White Memorial come in today to teach us about CT’s Geology!

We met Rocky the box turtle from White Memorial today! The box turtle is of “special concern” here in CT!

Ophelia came to visit us today in 6th grade science! She’s a barred owl, named for the “bars” or stripes on her feathers.

We had a beautiful day at White Memorial! We learned about forestry, hydrology, and even the invasive Asian jumping earthworms… but we didn’t find any of those. 🌳🦝🐢
