This is all so incredibly sad. The Cass Review has highlighted just how appalling the care of young and vulnerable people has been, & it took far too long to address it.

But what happens now for these young people, who still need care and support.

Morning all.

This is extraordinary. Tax avoidance has become so expected for the super-rich that throughout his article about non-doms there’s only one thread missing; the idea they should stay here and pay the tax they owe like the rest of us theguardian.com/politics/2024/…

While speaking to Channel 4 in an interview that was published on Thursday, Egyptian-American comedian Bassem Youssef responded to antisemitism accusations and said such accusations have become “devoid of anything, of meaning”.

You’re telling me they use an AI program called “Lavender” for this?

This is genocide. Everything and everyone has been a target since the start. Total destruction.

No way this has anything to do with targeting Hamas, even tangentially.

Was hoping Buckingham Palace was trending because it had been swallowed by the earth Poltergeist style but it just turns out the racists are pretending it's been taken over by the ‘forrins’. Better not tell them about the ‘Windsors’.

But I'll ask instead.

Why, when the UN Security Council voted for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, are there still horrific images of children murdered only last night by the IDF…

Five years ago, women suffered horrendous harassment for meeting to discuss the very issues which, today, many will say they would have discussed earlier but for the 'toxicity'. They blamed the women who spoke first for what was happening to them. womansplaceuk.org/2020/02/15/no-…

As male leaders take applause, praise and credit for simply listening to an expert, and finally reading the room (the voters), where were the senior 'sisters'? Perhaps less moral cowardice now? No apologies to those 'investigated', reprimanded, passed over, bullied, deselected.3/

Cameron has been peddling killing machines for BEA for years.

He's chosen weapons manufacturers over people's lives, & gives not a shit about his complicity in genocide.

Because Palestinian babies are profitable.

But only when they're dead.

Keir Starmer seems to have no clue that many of those working in private sector healthcare also work in the , meaning there is almost no real spare capacity for him to draw on to solve waiting lists that way. Why is it so hard for Labour to work out basic things?
