In October I will be travelling to Budapest to work alongside the European Training Centre for Active Forensic Investigations, training Ukrainian search and rescue teams to use Multispectral UAVs in the detection and recovery of human remains in mass graves. Honoured and humbled.

I don’t think it has really sunk in yet. I met this wondrous lady in 1991 and that moment has stuck with me. Her grace, poise, dignity…yet this beaming smile as she inspected her troops. The pride you could see she had in her eyes of the men and women who chose to serve. RIP

Budapest airport is set up better than most. New security scanners that mean you don’t have to take out your electronics, a 5 minute wait time for security, tons of shops, cafes, seats with charging points, huge display screens everywhere and….a kids soft play area….genius idea

Fantastic service again from EE. After my stepdaughters phone didn’t work in Poland, they investigated it and sorted it within minutes and now I have had a call and a text from her confirming it’s working. Can rest easier knowing she has a phone in case of emergency

Just had the worst meal at Llandudno McDonald's UK. Food was stolen cold after waiting almost 20 minutes for table delivery. Items missing or overcooked. Every time I come here it doesn’t get any better, but Llandudno Junction is great. £25 totally wasted, not coming again!

Why is it that Tesco and Asda have 5 spaces for families and about a hundred for disabled people? Pretty sure more families shop at supermarkets than blue badge holders…try getting a young kiddy out of the back seat in a normal space without hitting the car next to you 🤦🏻‍♂️
