At the GLOBSEC Forum in Prague, I spoke on countering Russia’s hybrid threats, alongside Czech FM Jan Lipavský. I addressed #Moldova’s challenges with disinformation and cyberattacks, emphasizing our unwavering commitment to securing our place in the #EU.

Good meeting w/ Wilhelm Molterer, Chairman of the Board of Directors & Robert Vass, President and Founder of GLOBSEC. We discussed 🇲🇩's EU path, the referendum on #EU integration, and the upcoming elections this fall. Grateful for the excellent organization of the forum.

🇲🇩🇶🇦 Productive meeting w/ Qatar’s State Minister Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi. We discussed enhancing 🇲🇩-🇶🇦 economic ties and attracting Qatari investments. I communicated Moldova's interest in a direct Chișinău-Doha flight ✈️ to boost economic and cultural connections.

🇲🇩🇪🇺Good meeting with Kerstin Jorna, Director-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship, and SMEs at the #EC. We discussed Moldova's integration into the #EU market, enhancing support for our SMEs, and fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in #Moldova.

In Ljubljana, I had a good meeting with Hryhoriy Nemyria, First Deputy Chair of 🇺🇦's Foreign Affairs Committee. We discussed the Russian war against Ukraine, strengthening 🇲🇩🇺🇦 relations, and our shared path to European integration.

🇲🇩🇦🇱🇭🇷Glad to see Igli Hasani, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of #Albania, and Gordan Grlić Radman, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of #Croatia, in Ljubljana at the Bled Strategic Forum.

At the Bled Strategic Forum, I met OECD SG Mathias Cormann. We focused on advancing #Moldova's reform agenda & investment climate. Strengthening our partnership is key to Moldova’s sustainable development and economic integration with the EU.

🇲🇩🇸🇮Productive meeting with Slovenia’s Deputy #PM and Foreign Minister Tanja Fajon, where we discussed enhancing Moldova-Slovenia relations and new areas of cooperation. Slovenia’s support & EU expertise are invaluable as we work together to advance Moldova's European integration.

Another devastating attack by the 🇷🇺 forces on 🇺🇦. Today’s missile strike on a education institution in Poltava is a shocking reminder of the ongoing aggression. Our thoughts are with the people of Ukraine.

At the Bled Strategic Forum, I highlighted that 🇪🇺 enlargement is vital for peace and prosperity in Europe. For Moldova, Ukraine & the Western Balkans, this is a path to reconciliation and alignment with European values. 🇲🇩 remains committed to its European integration process.

🇲🇩🇺🇦Just had a call with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha 🇺🇦 to extend my congratulations on his new role. Reaffirmed Moldova's solidarity with Ukraine & condemned Russia’s aggression. Invited him to #Chișinău to deepen our bilateral cooperation.

Moldova celebrates a proud moment at Paris 2024 Paralympic Games! Congratulations to Oleg Crețul for winning the bronze medal in para judo. Your dedication keeps our flag high!

🇲🇩 🇸🇦Today, I met Saudi Ambassador Mohammed Abdulghani Khayat to discuss priorities on our bilateral agenda. We focused on strengthening political & economic cooperation and finalizing treaties. We also emphasized the importance of multilateral cooperation.
