Great day at track doing high jump, discus, and the 4X400 with a 56 400 time. Just getting better by the second!!!

Had a great track meet. Hit a 54 sec split on my 400m time this meet coming from a 56 split from my previous meet. Goal this week is a 52 sec split. Staying on the grind!!!
