This tee box turn around aesthetic was a rock. We took that rock put it in a creek bank to give it more action and replaced it with a Jap Maple that was completely out of place elsewhere on property. I think it turned out good. 👍

From mud to money. 6 pallets of Primo zoysia went around our chipping green today. Some of which will be incorporated into the green. This will give us a great test plot and help hold up in the dense shade.

First week of our renovation for Berkeley Hall’s North Course! First steps are removing sod, shaping bunkers with new liner, and expanding/leveling tee boxes. 12 weeks to go!

Tif3D sprigs went down today on our newly built chipping green this will give us a test of a new cultivar out of Tifton in a less than ideal growing environment (Dense shade) that we’ve seen champion and tif eagle in elsewhere on property #GrowBabyGrow
