Absolutely the biggest load of BS and nastiness ever. My ex… the mother of 3 of my 4 kids… had this scar 3x because of reality… and she carried my boys, is an amazing woman… and a great mom. Best and greatest woman on earth. F*CK this BS…

I’m not anything but grateful someone is standing behind their convictions.

I beg to differ… my ex endured this scar 3x to bring my boys into this world. WTAF is this kind of gross insanity.

Started Saturday at 2AM with a 2.4M Run, then a concentrated Shoulders & Traps day… pushing to failure… topped off with Core & Stairclimber.

So far off & sad looking!

There is no excuse for allowing myself to remain in this sort of condition. I can do better… better diet, harder focus in the gym, and more discipline. I’m better than this..

Long 24+ hours…

No freaking way. This is abuse.

Sunday started at 2:15AM with a 2.6M Run, then an intense Leg Day… finished with Core & Stairclimber. One day this body won’t be so damn ugly and weak.

The failure is not small… I have to step Up!

I’ve got to work harder & do better. This mediocre mess can be improved!
