Tuve el honor de firmar el Memorando de Entendimiento con Optica mediante el que México, a través del Mexican Photonics Cluster, se unió a la Global Environmental Measurement and Monitoring Initiative #GEMM de la AGU (American Geophysical Union) a fin de establecer el primer Centro GEMM en nuestro país.
