Julia Cricco is an Independent Researcher at CONICET Dialoga and a professor at FBIOyF UNR Facultad Cs Bioquímicas y Farmacéuticas . She leads the laboratory MetalTryps that studies the mechanisms of transport and homeostasis of heme and copper in Trypanosoma cruzi at IBR! Congrats Julia!

In this work we analyzed the early transcriptomic response to heme provided to the parasite as hemin or as hemoglobin. We found differences, common points, and interesting heme responsive genes!
