It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Metropolitan BPA member and former Metropolitan Police Officer, Ronald ‘Ron’ Hope.

Ron was a founder member and the first elected Chair of the Met BPA in 1994. He was also the first Black Inspector in the Met.
