This hepatic angiosarcoma is misleading. The eyecatching feature is a reactive bile ductular proliferation, but the lesion itself is more subtle. The angiosarcoma is friable such that the sample is fragmented. PMID: 37054784

Urothelial carcinoma in situ (CIS) Bladder CIS shows cellular dyscohesion, leading to denudation (A); finding denudated mucosa with prominent congested capillaries (B) is worrisome for CIS. This is not simply a benign specimen. Urine cytology often shows ample CIS in such cases.
