This hepatic angiosarcoma is misleading. The eyecatching feature is a reactive bile ductular proliferation, but the lesion itself is more subtle. The angiosarcoma is friable such that the sample is fragmented. PMID: 37054784

Appendiceal sessile serrated adenomas (polyps, lesions) show circumferential growth and otherwise feature the same architectural features as their colorectal counterparts.

Urothelial carcinoma in situ (CIS) Bladder CIS shows cellular dyscohesion, leading to denudation (A); finding denudated mucosa with prominent congested capillaries (B) is worrisome for CIS. This is not simply a benign specimen. Urine cytology often shows ample CIS in such cases.
