I just had a call with a founder on MentorPass this morning. His current COGS is $9 FOB. With this BOM lead approach he'll get COGS down to $5 in the next 12 months. Pretty incredible. He spends >$2M on COGS currently and is projected to 2x in the next 12 months. Savings
