Yesterday, I tried working with a timer for the first time aiming for 8 hours. Paused it whenever I took a break and resumed when back. Ended up clocking ~3.5 hrs. But I was so focused, time just flew! Felt real satisfaction😌 Highly recommend trying it next goal: full 8 hrs!💪⏱️
