Love the triangle of talent. The single biggest issue facing everyone anywhere is finding people up that triangle. But equity or compensation is only one measure. Level 5 talent should/would also value other types of compensation. What might those be?

What I’m Thinking: Leaders are almost never responsible but always accountable. When hiring, look for those who’ve been accountable for something and someone.

Ummm.. just realized that OpenAI ChatGPT memory has a limit and will need deletion of previous memories when full to save new ones. Sam Altman Is this something that will be addressed soon? Memory is the single best feature in Chat that keeps me using it repeatedly.

Whoa!! Tried it on myself. Amazing! Can’t wait to use this and leverage it when integrated with other actions, like prep me for my meeting with … and so on. I also wonder if there’s a way to extend - who all should this person connect with? Who would they vibe with? Etc.

So I just ran the same prompt in both Dia and Comet on a Google Form registration signup sheet, requesting 1) who all signed up and 2) what is the projected revenue? Dia excelled at the calculation in a second and Comet, unfortunately, kept calculating…
