Update: AJC was heartened to receive a strong reply from Debra Wilson, NAIS President earlier today.   AJC has been in direct dialogue with senior leadership at NAIS throughout, and will continue to collaborate with NAIS going forward. We thank our partners at @adl,

Love the triangle of talent. The single biggest issue facing everyone anywhere is finding people up that triangle. But equity or compensation is only one measure. Level 5 talent should/would also value other types of compensation. What might those be?

What I’m Thinking: Leaders are almost never responsible but always accountable. When hiring, look for those who’ve been accountable for something and someone.

What I’m Thinking: It’s no longer the three R’s. Education must focus on curiosity, critical thinking, and communication. In a world where tech tools are rapidly changing what we do and how we do things, educators must double down on what will never change.

Press Cmd+J to invoke Write with AI in Superhuman, then use Wispr Flow to voice type your email/text, press Enter so Superhuman AI can now clean up and neatly format your email, punctuation, grammar etc. Using this mode all the time and it’s been brilliantly fast.

What I’m thinking: courage is not the absence of fear. It is the ability and attitude to move forward in spite of the fear or discomfort.

Most people in my experience say they want something different and distinctive, but few have the courage to choose it. Change is hard because, among other things, different is hard. And change rarely arrives in the form in which people choose or want it.

What I’m thinking: It’s not about right-sizing but right-matching. Size of team is less important than having the right people. Rarely does more equal more.

Ummm.. just realized that OpenAI ChatGPT memory has a limit and will need deletion of previous memories when full to save new ones. Sam Altman Is this something that will be addressed soon? Memory is the single best feature in Chat that keeps me using it repeatedly.

Whoa!! Tried it on myself. Amazing! Can’t wait to use this and leverage it when integrated with other actions, like prep me for my meeting with … and so on. I also wonder if there’s a way to extend - who all should this person connect with? Who would they vibe with? Etc.

So I just ran the same prompt in both Dia and Comet on a Google Form registration signup sheet, requesting 1) who all signed up and 2) what is the projected revenue? Dia excelled at the calculation in a second and Comet, unfortunately, kept calculating…

Using Comet’s study-mode skill to teach me how to use Claude Code Community. I’ve never done any coding or programming but wrote my first line in python with its help!! Baby steps, baby! Cc: Aravind Srinivas Perplexity
