The 3rd Circuit was right--FCC has repeatedly failed to consider the effect of its ownership rulings on women and minorities, which has impeded greater broadcast diversity. The law demands better from FCC, and I’m confident SCOTUS in reviewing FCC v. Prometheus will agree.
