Hey FedEx Help FedEx Office FedEx maybe you need to look at your customer service. You ‘tried to deliver’ this morning when I was in, in-line options are useless and I have been on hold for 25 mins and counting so far. #poorservice

Spent the best part of the morning trying to speak to a human FedEx Help . No joy, and the parcel which they ‘tried’ to deliver today (when I was in!) is perishable. The supply company have redirected it as apparently FedEx can’t do that. Very very #poorservice

Hey Silversea , how do you explain refusing to help my parents who have a cruise booked with you but my father (almost 80) has been incapacitated with shingles and can’t travel. At the very least you could allow them to switch to another cruise - they don’t even want a refund

Supremely poor service from DFS - my two months delayed sofa now has a delivery date which I cannot accommodate as - shock - both me and my husband work - and their response was basically ‘oh well’. Apparently there is NO complaints department?!!!? We’ll see about that!!!!
