i was able to walk 21 miles this past week and consume a wider variety of foods…my weight has officially bottomed out. 🙌🏼

i still feel a lot of pain and discomfort in my abdomen and the faint feeling still comes on daily.

in the last 4 months, i’ve lost 20% of my body weight and am officially underweight.

i’m still feeling faint on a daily basis and can barely take in enough calories. still no clue what is wrong with me since my ER visit in December.
