Draft grade is in: Green Bay gets an A. The people, the city, the venue were all superb. NFL Draft’s next stop is Pittsburgh 2026.

Cruel, counter-productive, just plain dumb. This would kill our Conservation Corps, a program supported unanimously by a politically diverse Common Council. Congress needs to step up and end DOGE’s assault on this beloved and productive program.

This is what our Conservation Corps has accomplished these last 3 1/2 years. Just one example out of the many across the state. The attack on AmeriCorps is destructive and stupid. Thankful to Governor Tony Evers for fighting back - we’ll be right there with him.

It’s a weird juxtaposition because why not craft a message where we aggressively reduce concentrated corporate power AND we fix bottlenecks and build more stuff?

Eric Genrich (@mayorgenrich) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Agree 1000%. There are so many people who want us to walk and chew gum (confront corporate power *and* build shit), but maybe it's just more fun to argue on the internet? therecombobulationarea.news/p/guest-column…

The City of Green Bay could not ask for a better partner than Governor Tony Evers. He’s been our champion at every turn, on every issue. Thanks also to Sec. Missy Hughes for recognizing the immensely positive statewide economic effect of the Draft and for making our local taxpayers whole!!

The latest Senate draft bill will destroy millions of jobs in America and cause immense strategic harm to our country! Utterly insane and destructive. It gives handouts to industries of the past while severely damaging industries of the future.

Congratulations on a job well done, Governor! Green Bay couldn't have asked for a better partner in the East Wing than you've been for us. Enjoy a victory lap these next few months - looking forward to seeing you in GB soon!!

It's worse than that. The ACLU spends significant energy and money arguing for Meta and Tiktok's right to exploit children, argues that money is speech, and that corporations should have limitless spending power in elections.
