🚆 Great to be at East Midlands Railway (EMR) yesterday. It’s exciting to see the investment they’re putting into the next generation of both trains and talent.

As Mayor, I’m backing our railways and will make sure our public transport works for the benefit of commuters and communities.

☀️Beautiful weather and a great turnout for Wellow Maypole Festival. Events like this are a really important part of our regional heritage and culture. It's another gem that needs to be part of our Visit East Midlands campaign which I’m working hard to bring to life.
