Question about spoiled ballot papers. If someone mistakenly gave 2 candidates the same number - for example, votes 1,2,3 were clear, but two candidates got a “4” Would the entire ballot be spoiled, or is it fine for the first three preferences as they are clear? Gavan Reilly
