Since my election, I’ve been working hard to deliver a fresh start for residents in Selby and Ainsty.

The next general election is a clear choice: more chaos and instability with the Tories, or to kickstart a decade of national renewal with Labour.

NEW: Labour’s plan will breathe new life into our high streets:

✅13,000 more neighbourhood police and PCSO’s
✅Guaranteed face-to-face banking in every community
✅Replace business rates
✅Stamp out late payments
✅Revamp empty shops, pubs, and community spaces

Little has changed since I raised concerns of residents about road safety in Parliament.

Villagers in places like Monk Fryston deserve to have their views taken seriously, so rural communities get the road safety measures they so obviously need.

Post Offices like those in Monk Fryston are often the lifeblood of rural communities

I’m saddened that Karen and Adrian have been left with little choice but to move on. I’d like to thank them and their team for all of their efforts over the years.
