I think all hospitals should revisit the housemen 'tagging' system. Its tiring, its draining, mentally challenging, long hours and its like a baptism of fire when you enter new department. They only starting to know the environment, almost everything is new. Time for a change.

One thing I don't like the system in the hospital in Malaysia adalah kaedah menjerit, perli dan maki pada Houseman. Perlu ke? They are human being too. Kalau korang rasa dia bodoh or tak pandai, ajarla! Ni pergi jerit jerit kat diaorang apa faedahnya? Stop it!

When you are HO dependent in the hospital, do treat them well. Don't treat them like sampah! Berbudi bahasa dan saling menghormati. Jangan rasa diri tu bagus sangat. Tanpa HO roboh dan jahanamlah hospital itu. #respectho

Andaikata housemen boleh guna servis lawyer, agak agaknya lah, berapa ramai orang akan kena saman disebabkan oleh unnecessary extension, explanation letter and don't even go to mental torture. Please don't let your HO be a scapegoat!
