Hearing disturbing news that Saudi HRD Abdulrahman Al-Khalidi has allegedly been severely beaten by Bulgarian refugee centre guards. I urge the Bulgarian authorities to allow an independent investigation into the alleged incident & provide necessary medical treatment to him.
