🙏🏻 Labeling a true “UTI” as a “UTI” is also dangerous. We must be more precise and label the syndrome as cystitis, pyelo, prostatitis, etc. Way too often a fever+pyuria is labeled as a “UTI” & we are missing pyelo, perinephric abscess, GNR bacteremia or another cause of fever!
