In Montreal today supporting SCFP 2815 Vidéotron workers who've been locked out for 18 weeks. The employer threw 241 workers out on the street because they are refusing to accept a concession that would allow unlimited contracting out of their jobs.

We're mourning the loss of Ed Broadbent, a progressive giant and a lifelong champion for workers' rights and social democracy in Canada.
Ed articulated a vision of a progressive Canada that places the dignity and decency of everyday people above all else. His legacy will live on.
