Thank you Rep. Anthony D’Esposito, and Congressman Mike Lawler for co-sponsoring. Just last night, a Jewish man was stabbed in Rep. Lawler's district. This bill clarifies that unlawfully targeting a Jewish person for any aspect of their Jewish identity is antisemitism, and will be treated as such.
.Rep. Anthony D’Esposito (R-N.Y.) introduced the “Define to Defeat Act of 2024,” on Thursday, which “would apply the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism to the enforcement of civil rights laws.”

It’s unbelievable how, in the few instances when we witness moral clarity, it’s so refreshing that it’s as if the norm is total moral bankruptcy. Apparently it is.
Rep. Dan Goldman, thank you.
Today is 63 years to the day since the start of the Adolph Eichmann trial. For ‘Never Again’ to mean anything we MUST have the tools for early detection. As a former NYPD detective, Rep. Anthony D’Esposito understands that. The importance of his wisdom and experience cannot be overstated.
HUGE DEVELOPEMENT!!!!!
SAFE CAMPUS is so so proud to have played a small part of facilitating the EXTREMELY hard work of the AMAZING Mark Goldfeder and Anthony P. D'Esposito in proposing this GAME-CHANGER bill defining antisemitism in congress, using IHRA.
Thanks to Attorneys Arsen Ostrovsky 🎗️ & Mark Goldfeder, who warned Jeff Bezos & other senior Amazon executives that continuing to sell the Yahya Sinwar's book “could potentially expose you to severe violations of US federal anti-terrorism laws”, the book was removed from Amazon!
