Sept. 28, 2021 marks the 60th anniversary of Mrs. Yvonne Odom integrating PBC public schools. She enrolled in an all-white high school in 1961 and had no idea her actions would help pave the way for black students who later attended Seacrest High School, now Atlantic High School.
