Spent the entire day waiting around Stafford Crown Court only to be adjourned off for lack of court time. Now racing across the Midlands with the slim hope of seeing the toddler before bedtime 😔 On a positive though I bought a packet of wine gums and over half were red! 😋

Much of jury service involves sitting around the jury waiting area with jurors for all the trials in the building. Trial length not the only issue! A list of people now unable to do jury service: - those with existing health conditions - pregnant women - the over 70's - key workers - parents of school children Soon to be joined no doubt by anyone (left) that requires public transport to get to court. But trials continue...
