Today, we’ve also revealed the winners of our joint project with Inspirate, Little Inventors and Attenborough Arts Centre called Little Inventors in Space. Bob, from the University of Leicester’s Attenborough Arts Centre, explains more about the project.

The work was supported with funding from UK Space Agency, Arts Council England and Paul Hamlyn Foundation Foundation. We also received support from British Astronaut Tim Peake who answered questions from school children about his time aboard the international space station.

Thanks to Space Park Leicester for including our Little Inventors in Space exhibition by children from 3 Leicester SEN schools in the launch. It was so powerful for the young Inventors to meet the legendary Tim Peake & for STEAM powered collaborations to be represented like this
