Day 15 in the Karen Read re-trial: Looks like court will be back in full swing today after the cancellation yesterday. We’re expecting the 24th witness to take the stand. 7News Boston WHDH

O’Keefe’s niece has completed her testimony and talked about growing tension in her Uncle’s relationship with the defendant . My colleague Mari Salazar was in the courtroom for part of this testimony. Reporters were barred from live tweeting during her time on the stand.

“Cheers” in Boston has a stool and beer reserved for George Wendt who played the beloved character of Norm on the show. Wendt died this morning. He was 76.

Breaking: the judge in the Karen Read trial says she needs to speak to each juror at side bar individually right now - with lawyers present. She says this will take some time. Folks are returning to the jury room and will be called in one by one. No word on what the issue is.
