Theatre would hugely benefit (in my opinion) if… Every producer had to perform publicly Every designer/actor had to budget a show Every Director did a fit up Every actor had to programme a lighting desk or edit Q-lab Every Artistic Director did a front of house shift…

Hardest part of FOH management is dealing with customers who turn up late, without tickets and refuse to leave quietly… 🦆
