Instead of hosting #COP29 in Azerbaijan, the world should have sanctioned Azerbaijan for the ethnic cleansing of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. Now, many Armenians fear that Azerbaijan will start another war after the conference, and nobody is even talking about it.
