Interesting. Went back to read through NHS Confederation guidance that included advice to NHS Trusts to act unlawfully in response to some requests for single-sex care. Worst sections now taken out, but there is no note to say guidance been revised in light of fact it was badly wrong.

I agree with this. During the last leadership contest I asked the President of the party to intervene when Kate was being attacked. He declined. Now that the party is without a president, somebody close to the top needs to step in.

Today Kate Forbes voted FOR Stage 1 of the Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) bill. Humza Yousaf was absent. Just as he was for the final vote on equal marriage. So tell me again why Kate Forbes is being is vilified for her faith…

I find the inability to separate Forbes’ religion from her politics bizarre when people are happy 2 do this for others. The fact so many in SNP didn’t know her views on equal marriage etc b4 she ran last year (hence the upset) surely shows her beliefs don’t colour her politics?
