Our work is finally out Nature Immunology today. We identified TFPI2 as the critical symbiosis effector connecting stemness to immunosuppression in GBM. Inhibiting TFPI2-mediated GSC-microglia symbiosis impairs tumor growth and synergizes with immune checkpoint inhibitor in GBM.

Chen and colleagues show that TFPI2 promotes glioblastoma stem cell self-renewal and connects stemness to microglia immunosuppression. Inhibition of TFPI2 combined with anti-PD1 activates antitumor immunity. Read it here: rdcu.be/dlGB6 nature.com/articles/s4159…
