Our work is finally out Nature Immunology today. We identified TFPI2 as the critical symbiosis effector connecting stemness to immunosuppression in GBM. Inhibiting TFPI2-mediated GSC-microglia symbiosis impairs tumor growth and synergizes with immune checkpoint inhibitor in GBM.
