The federal eviction moratorium expires in 6 days. 10m families have accrued $50B+ in rent arrears & are at high and immediate risk of eviction. President Donald J. Trump & CDC Director must extend moratorium until emergency rental assistance gets to tenants/landlords in need.

❗️Biden admin will extend CDC eviction moratorium thru June. The moratorium was set to expire on 3/31.❗️ Unfortunately, CDC Director doesn’t strengthen order, despite obvious need. Federal lawsuits complicate things. CFPB will be more active on enforcement.
