The new hot asphalt machine is out filling potholes! It took long enough to get it, but our crew is out doing a great job! TY!

Yesterday, our new mini excavator arrived, w a trencher and ditch digger attachment. It will primarily be working to clean out long neglected storm water drainage ditches, which hasn’t been done here in possibly decades. Stay tuned!

Great news for HWH. Helm Fertilizer will soon be able to begin a planned $10 million expansion at the Helena Harbor, thanks to a DRA grant of over $700,000 to the port. The grant, written by John Edwards, will build a new road for connecting the port and HELM! Stay tuned!

I am happy to report that, in 2021, newly released crime data demonstrates that homicides in HWH fell by 50% , compared to the last two years. One homicide is bad, crime is still worse than it should be, and this is no guarantee that it won’t be worse this year (so far zero). FYI
