Researchers Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory (EMSL), with @environmicrobio & Qian Wang Montana State University published a new mRNA-FISH protocol. fliFISH uses on/off cycles of photo-switch dyes to set predetermined threshold for distinguishing true signal from background noise.
