Today, Missouri became the first state along the Mississippi River to pass a mass water export prohibition. MRCTI was pleased to support this work and is using SB 82 as a template for a Mississippi River Compact along the entire corridor.

Prayers from all our cities on the Mississippi River are pouring in for Minneapolis. MRCTI will host part of its annual meeting in Minneapolis this September 17. We plan to arrive in mass to support Minneapolis and lend all the energy we can to lift one of the River's best.
