Washburn students will be performing The Crucible by Arthur Miller on May 4, 5 and 6 at 7:00 pm. General admission tickets are $5 for students and $15 for adults. The Crucible takes place in Salem, Massachusetts and is a fictionalized version of the Salem witch trials.

You have two more chances to see the Crucible at Washburn High School on May 5 and 6 at 7:00 pm.

The WHS Orchestra earned a Superior Rating at the MSHSL Orchestra Festival on April 20. The adjucator had nothing but glowing praise for our group, and how they sounded. The next day the students got on a bus with Wind Ensemble & Choir students for a performance tour of Chicago.
