Dulwich Wood SNT will be conducting weapon sweeps covering the entire ward across this week as part of OP SCEPTRE. Today, we will be at the Kingswood Estate at 09:00 for a Cuppa With A Coppa, after this officers will collaborate with Southwark Council to sweep the entire estate.

As part of Op Sceptre this week, officers joined Southwark Council wardens for a joint weapon sweep. Yesterday this was at the Kingswood. As part of Op Sceptre this week, our officers are working specifically on knife crime, as part of our efforts to tackle violence in the Capital.

Officers continued weapon sweeps as part of Op Sceptre today. This included Sydenham Hill Estate, Sydenham and Dulwich Woods and Lordship Lane Estate. We were also joined by Southwark Council wardens during the weapon sweeps.

Today, as part of Op Sceptre week, officers from Dulwich Wood were joined by Dulwich Village Police, Dulwich Wood Ward Cllrs and Southwark Council wardens for a weapon sweep. This was conducted in Glazebrook and Kennoldes. Whilst doing the weapon sweep, a stolen vehicle was recovered.

Yesterday officers from Dulwich Wood and Dulwich Village Police were invited and attended the Funday at The South London Scouts site to celebrate their 60th anniversary. It was a fun day had by all! Everyone especially loved trying on the police uniform!

Officers have also been targeting known anti-social behaviour hot-spots on the ward. Nothing to report this time however we will continue patrols! Areas covered included Kingswood Estate, Sydenham Hill Estate, Beechwoods court, Glazebrook Close and Lymer Avenue.

Yesterday, Dulwich Wood officers attended the Summer Fair run by Dulwich Wood Primary School. It was a fun-filled afternoon! The children thought it was a lot of fun trying on police hats, helmets and even holding the riot shields!

Dulwich Wood officers were back out on the ward today which included evening anti-social behaviour hot-spot patrols. Nothing found today-however we will be back patrolling these areas regularly! Patrols included Beechwoods court, Kingswood Estate, Great Brownings and Gipsy Hill.

Officers from Dulwich Wood were out on both foot and mobile patrols around the ward today. This included doing an intelligence-led search of an area known for storing stolen mopeds. Officers found this stolen moped located in Glazebrook Close. Siezed by officers.
