13 wks post ACL+Meniscus surgery. Week included PT, HOCO festivities, secured our spot for State, won our annual DigForTheCure game against our rivals, plus homecoming court shenanigans Friday then game in evening (won that as well) plus I worked all day today! Homecoming 2023 ✅

19 weeks post op ACL/meniscus repair. I’ve been jogging jumping and working on getting my leg strong again. Oh and trying to get into shape again. My latest jog was on the treadmill on 5.5. Doing 5mins on/ a minute walk then 5 min jog. These kinds of things make you appreciate
