It is super frustrating to have Southwest Airlines cancel flights after the first leg and then rebook for two days later! I am traveling with University College students who cannot afford to pay for 2 nights of a room.

I understand that weather cannot be controlled, but I was on the phone TWICE with Southwest Airlines and was told we could only rebook at the airport. Meanwhile, other people on our flight CALLED and WERE rebooked for the same day.

We are traveling to competitions and this is totally unacceptable Southwest Airlines I will be requesting a full refund for myself and all 13 of the students I am traveling with.

It's not selfish to focus on yourself. The more you improve, the better you can take care of all those important people you're grateful for.
