We were able to resolve the family’s civil suit against Cornell, but are disappointed that no criminal charges are being brought. Our investigation and the investigation performed by police make clear there were violations of New York’s hazing law.

After beating back Publix’s motion to dismiss, we are looking forward to getting this case into discovery and holding it accountable for its misguided decisions.
