I think user experience is the biggest place LLMs will play a role in robotics. Combining skills, making robots easy to use and to talk to, etc. Huge fan of what electric sheep is working on too

Sometimes it’s hard to tell if I’m being trolled or if this is a genuine expression. Whatever the case (and it should go without saying), please don’t feed my art to the plagiarism machines. Human made fan art is wonderful. This just feels gross.

When I was a kid, games and manga were a view into a culture very unlike my own. This expanded my horizons and led to my life now, living in Japan, and adapting to this culture much easier

anyways if you are an disabled person you can do whatever you want (not only drawing)

mine took about 30 seconds to get into this pose.

because the AI very intelligently welded Squirtles arms to his body, this is the same result you will get. it took longer just to do this let alone doing it 'properly'

You have no clue whatsoever about 3D models. I can't even explain to you the problems with this due to your lack of understand as it would be like explaining 3D to a Labrador.

It's as if you think you can do your own open heart surgery on yourself with AI.

'okay George but the AI generated one looks pretty good!'

lets take a look at both of these meshes with the textures off. a good 3D model will still look like the character without the textures. this looks like cement. this is a common trick gen 3D companies use.

on the left is an AI generated Squirtle model posted earlier today. on the right is a Squirtle I modeled tonight using only that one reference image. my sculpt took an hour and a half.

If they know this, then they have the tools to differentiate between AI produced images & originals. If that’s the case—what’s the argument for inclusion?
